Order Process----how to order from RONBEN
Many overseas buyers may consider it very complicated to import from China ,from RONBEN, actually it's as simple as buying locally. We have classified our order process into 7 steps as below.
Step 1 Connected with US and Request for a quote
You may know us from tradeshows ,search engine,B2B portal, online directories ,friends’word of mouth, Our sales team may contact you via email, phone proactively. In any case, once we get connected, check our website to see what we can offer and then advise us what you need. We will also ask you for more information about your sales channel, order quantities,product range…so that we can ensure you the lowest total sourcing cost with the most competitive prices. Generally, we will response to your inquiry with our quote within 18 hours (except holidays).
Step 2 Request for a sample/samples
We suggest customers take a sample before ordering to test the quality and confirm the customization options according the sample in hand.
After the communication with our sales people, Kindly advise us your specific requirements the model number, the color arrangements, the memory/screen sizes(for MP4 and digital photo frame),the interface(MP4,digital photo frame, HDD media player),special functionalities etc, we will give you a quote and send you the sample invoice(proformal invoice) for your confirmation accordingly
Step 3 Payment for the samples order
Make telegraphic transfer(T/T) for the samples payment with the banking details on the sample invoice and then email/fax us the bank slip once available, We shall prepare and deliver the samples within 1 week.
Remarks: Banking charges are ranging from 8 to 30 US dollars according to different banking transfer route and banking regulations, so please kindly pay the banking charges out of China for your own account. In case you make transfer via an intermediate bank in the United States, 25 US dollars banking charges will incur and be deducted from the paid account. If you make payment for less than 50 USD, it is suggested to ask your bank and add the local /intermediate banking charges accordingly.
Step 4 Sample(s) confirmation and OEM customization freezing
Once you receive the sample(s), test it thoroughly and obtain assistance from the related sales people if needed. In this way, you will completely know the product(s) to order, and the suitable OEM customization requirements for the targeted market as well as distribution channel.
Step 5 Purchase Order
We welcome your official order upon the confirmation of the sample(s). In addition, If you are not satisfied with our products and/or the services, please feel free to specify the reasons and help us to improve.
Remarks: Although all the samples are tested OK with our QA approval before delivery. In very rare cases, samples may be tested with minor defects, for example, the surface of the frontal panel of digital photo frame is a little bit scratched. That’s acceptable because it may be caused by the misconduct of the courier due to the overseas long distance delivery, or customs sampling open-box manual check.
Step 6 Make Deposit or full payment before the production.
We have different payment terms for different amount ranges.
1.    Below U$5000.00: Full payment
2.    From U$5000.00 to U$100,000.00: 30% deposit in advance, balance T/T against before shipment(by Air) or against shipment copy (By Sea).
3.    U$100,000.00 above, 20% deposit, balance L/C at sight..
Step 7 Shipment dilivered with the balance received.

We will ensure the delivery in time or earlier before the confirmed shipping date. In order to ensure the due delivery, we also need your help to make the balance payment in time. In peak seasons such as one month before Christmas, Delivery will be lengthened due to the longer leader time of preparing the materials.
